The Board of County Commtssioners met at a called meeting April <br /> <br />28, 1947 with the following members present: J. Lee White, Chairman <br /> <br />Ray W. Cline, Homer L. Fink, C. M. Crewell, and W. M. Morrison. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by C. ~. Crowell and seconded by W. M. <br /> <br />Morrison that following applications to sell beer be approved: H. H. <br />Watts, W. T. Carrigan, Hoyte Bailey, Floyd William Dancy, Clarence <br />M. Simpson, A. A. AlmOnd, Daniel E. Herrin, and "enry Talbert. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Ray W. Cline and seconded by W. N. Morrison <br /> <br />that Chairman J. Lee White, be authorized to ~$pley J. N. Pease & <br />~o. to draw plans for addition to Court Heuse~to be submitted to the <br />County Commissioners for their approval and if for any reason the <br />building is not built that J. N.
