NQI]11t CAROLINA Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes December 19~ 1996 7:00 P.M. Ms. Katherine Stafford, The Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present in addition to the Chair were Mr. Clyde Drye, Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. Ed Hill, Mr. Carleton Hobbs, Mr. Walter Kiefer, Mr. Benjamin Lane, Mr. Dewey Moose, Mr. Edward Moose and Mr. Aaron Ritchie. Attending from the Planning and Zoning Department were Mr. lonathan B. Marshall, Planning Services Director, Mr. Peter Tatge, Senior Planner, Mr. Michael L. Byrd, Transportation Planner, Ms. Linda Giltz, Planner and Mr. Jay Lowe, Zoning Enforcement Officer. Also present was Mr. Richard Koch, Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. There being no corrections to the November 21, 1996 Minutes, Mr. MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Kiefer to approve the minutes as mailed. vote was unanimous. Lane The Old Business The Chair introduced the first item of old business on the Agenda, Hawick Commons subdivision. Applicant: Hawick Commons Request: SubdiVision Approval Mr. Kiefer MOTIONED to Table Hawick Commons subdivision since it was not on the agenda, Seconded by Mr. Dewey Moose. The Chair stated this was an item the Board looked at last months meeting and it went before the Board of Commissioners at their December' meeting. The Board of Commissioners has asked the Planning and Zoning Commission to look at this subdivision again. The only additional information the staff has is the traffic impact analysis.
