<br />Ms. Katherine Stafford, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
<br />Members present in addition to the Chair were Mr. Ronald Davis, Mr. Clyde Drye,
<br />Jr., Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. Ed Hill, Mr. Carleton Hobbs, Mr. Walter Kiefer, Mr.
<br />Benjamin Lane, Mr. Dewey Moose, Jr., and Mr. Aaron Ritchie. Attending from the
<br />Planning, Zoning and Building Inspection Department were Mr. Gerald A.
<br />Newton, Director, Mr. Jonathan B. Marshall, Senior Planner, Mr. Joseph Untz,
<br />Zoning Officer, and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. Richard Koch,
<br />Attorney for the Plamuing and Zoning Commission.

<br />There being no corrections to the January 18, 1996 Minutes, Mr. Kiefer

<br />Request: Variance Request 120(V)
<br />
<br />This was a request to the Cabarms County Planning and Zoning
<br />Commission from W.C. Cannon, Jr.,/Cannon-Hill Properties for a
<br />variance to vary the provisions of Chapter 4, Section 4-19(4) of the
<br />Cabarms County Zoning Ordinance where it relates to additional
<br />driveway cuts (Access Points).
<br />
<br />The Chair stated that Mr. Davis asked that he be excused from this
<br />item on the agenda. Mr. Hobbs MOTIONED, seconded by Mr.'
<br />Ritchie to excuse Mr. Davis. The vote was unanimous.
<br />
<br />Mr. Clyde' Drye, Alternate, sat in for Mr. Davis.
