CABAR~ _~__R~ <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />August 15, 1996 <br />7'00 P.M. <br /> <br />Ms. Katherine Stafford, The Chair, called the meeting'to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />Members in addition to the Chair were Ms. Monica Davis, Mr. Ronald Davis, Mr. <br />Clyde Drye, Jr., Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. Ed Hill, Mr. Benjamin Lane, Mr. Dewey <br />Moose, Jr., and Mn Aaron Ritchie. Attending from the Planning, Zoning, and <br />Building Inspection Department were Mr. Jonathan B. Marshall, Senior Planner, <br />Mr. Joseph Untz, Zoning Inspector, Mr. Michael L. Byrd, Transportation Planner <br />and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. Richard~ Koch, Attorney for the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the July 18, 1996 Minutes, Mr. Lane MOTIONED, <br />seconded by Mr. Moose, to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was <br />unanimous. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the first item on the Agenda, Board of Adjustment Function, <br />Conditional Use Application 205(c): <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Applic ~ant: Addison F. Little <br />Request: Conditional Use Application 205(c) <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarms County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from Addison F. Little, 4275 Morehead Road, <br />Harrisburg, N.C. 28075, for a Conditional Use Application to develop <br />a outdoor recreation facility, for the use of a campground. <br /> <br />The Chair stated to the citizens in our Board of Adjustment functions, <br />we serve in a quasi-judicial function and because of that, we need to <br />have sworn testimony for this application. She then asked if anyone <br />would like to speak for or against this application to come forward <br />and be sworn. She then swore in Mr. Joseph Untz, Zoning Inspector. <br /> <br />The Chair opened the public hearing on Conditional Use Application 205(c). <br /> <br /> Planning, Zoning, and Building Inspection <br /> <br />P.
