CABAR~ _~__R~ NORTH CAROLINA Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes August 15, 1996 7'00 P.M. Ms. Katherine Stafford, The Chair, called the meeting'to order at 7:03 p.m. Members in addition to the Chair were Ms. Monica Davis, Mr. Ronald Davis, Mr. Clyde Drye, Jr., Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. Ed Hill, Mr. Benjamin Lane, Mr. Dewey Moose, Jr., and Mn Aaron Ritchie. Attending from the Planning, Zoning, and Building Inspection Department were Mr. Jonathan B. Marshall, Senior Planner, Mr. Joseph Untz, Zoning Inspector, Mr. Michael L. Byrd, Transportation Planner and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. Richard~ Koch, Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. There being no corrections to the July 18, 1996 Minutes, Mr. Lane MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Moose, to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. New Business The Chair introduced the first item on the Agenda, Board of Adjustment Function, Conditional Use Application 205(c): , Applic ~ant: Addison F. Little Request: Conditional Use Application 205(c) This was a request to the Cabarms County Planning and Zoning Commission from Addison F. Little, 4275 Morehead Road, Harrisburg, N.C. 28075, for a Conditional Use Application to develop a outdoor recreation facility, for the use of a campground. The Chair stated to the citizens in our Board of Adjustment functions, we serve in a quasi-judicial function and because of that, we need to have sworn testimony for this application. She then asked if anyone would like to speak for or against this application to come forward and be sworn. She then swore in Mr. Joseph Untz, Zoning Inspector.
