NQR11t CAROLINA <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />September 21, 1995 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Ms. Katherine Stafford, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />Members present in addition to the Chair were Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Ms. <br />Monica Davis, Mr. Clyde Drye, Jr., Mr. R. Vernon Jeter, Mr. Walter Kiefer, and <br />Mr. Edward Moose. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and Building <br />Inspection Department were Mr. Jonathan B. Marshall, Senior Planner, and Ms. <br />Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. Richard Koch, Attorney for the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the August 17, 1995 Minutes, Mr. <br />MOTIONED, seconded by .Mr. Drye to approve the minutes as submitted. <br />vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Jeter <br />The <br /> <br />Old Business: <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the first item of old business on the .Agenda, Petition 95- <br />03: <br /> <br />Applicant: Cabarrus County .Planning and Zoning Staff <br />.Request: Administrative Rezoning <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Staff <br />to have property located at !-85/Lane Street/Brant!ey Road <br />rezoned from MDR to LI. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall Staff Member, addressed the Board stating <br />basically this is the remaining portion of Petition 95-03. He said <br />the person Who is controlling the trust and the property owner to <br />the south have agreed that the zoning line should be 150 feet to the <br />north and parallel with the northern most property line of the <br />Ramseur property.'
