Randall, Chairperson called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Members <br />present in addition to the Chair were Mr. Thomas Dwiggins, Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. R. <br />Vernon Jeter, Mr. Gerald Nichols, Mr. Robert Smith, Ms. Katherine Stafford and Mr. <br />Edward Moose. Attending from the Planning, Zoning, and Building Inspection <br />Department were, Mr. Gerald A. Newton, Director, Mr. lonathan B. Marshall, Planner II, <br />Ms. Kimberly Schriefer, Planning Technician, and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was <br />Mr. William Hamby, Jr., Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />The Chair stated that there are two sets of minutes that need the board's action this <br />evening. There being no corrections to the September 15, 1994.~ Minutes, Mr. Jeter <br />MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Dwiggins to approved the minutes as mailed. The vote was <br />unanimous. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the September 29, 1994 Minutes, Ms. Harkey MOTIONED, <br />seconded by Mr. Jeter to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the first item of new business on the Agenda, Subdivision Exception <br />Request: <br /> <br />le <br /> <br />Applicant: Ms. Cassandra Hewitt <br />Request: Subdivision Exception Request <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission <br />from Ms. Cassandra Hewitt for a subdivision exception request. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Planner II, addressed the Board presenting Petition <br />94-04(S) stating this is a request for an exception from our rule requiring a 45 <br />foot right-of-way to access any currently accessed by a 25 foot right-of-way <br />off of N.C.
