CA F RUS COUN'rYI <br /> NORTH CARQLINA <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />December 15, 1994 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Dr. Nancy H. Randall, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />wishing each and everyone in attendance and the board a happy holiday. <br />Members present in addition to the Chair were Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Mr. <br />Thomas Dwiggins, Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. R. Vernon leter, Mr. Robert smith <br />and Ms. Katherine Stafford. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and Building <br />Inspection Department were Mr. Gerald A. NeWton, Director, Mr. lonathan B. <br />Marshall Planner II, and Ms. Phyllis C. Cart <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the November 17, 1994 MinUtes, Mr. Jeter <br />MOTIONED to approve the minutes as mailed, seconded by Mr. Brownlow. <br />The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the first item on the Agenda, Final Subdivision Plat <br />ApprOval: <br /> <br />Ii <br /> <br />Applicant: Bluto Builders, Inc. <br />Request: Final Subdivision Plat Approval <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from Bluto Builders, Inc. to have their subdivision <br />River Ridge II - Maps 1 & 2/III - Maps 1 & 2 plat approved final. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Staff Member, addressed the Board <br />presenting the subdivision review stating the final plan of this <br />subdivision does conform with the preliminary, and staff <br />recommends approval contingent on the submittal of that letter of <br />credit. <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Mr. Dwiggins MOTIONED to <br />approve River Ridge II- Maps 1 & 2/III- Maps 1 & 2 contingent on <br />the submittal of that letter of credit, seconded by Mr. Smith. The <br />vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />The Chair asked if Petition 94-11 was tabled or withdrawn. <br /> <br /> Planning, Zoning, and Building inspection <br /> <br />P. O.
