Randall, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. Members p~ <br />in addition to Chairperson Randall were, Mr. Alan Allison, Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Ms. M <br />L. Davis, Mr. Thomas Dwiggins, Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. Gerald Nichols, Mr. Robert <br />and Ms. Katherine Stafford. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and Building Insp{ <br />Department were, Mr. Gerald A. Newton, Director, Mr. Michael Downs, Z, <br />Administrator, Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Planner II, and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attendin <br />Mr. William G. Hamby,. Jr., Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the January 20, 1994 Minutes, Mr. Brownlow MOTIO <br />seconded by Mr. ':Nichols to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Old Business <br /> <br />The Chair introduced~the first item of old business, Subdivision Exception Request - Sand <br />Neal. <br /> <br />lw <br /> <br />Applicant: Sandra D. Neal <br />Request: Subdivision Exception Request <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission <br />from Sandra D. Neal for a Subdivision Exception Request for a fight-of-way on <br />Cee Jay Drive off Shiloh Road. <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall, Staff Member, addressed the Board concerning this Subdivision <br />Exception Request stating that there have been no changes in the circumstances <br />of this request. They were trying to work out the conditions that the staff <br />proposed and were not able to work them out between the neighbors.
