eoeeee Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes August 18, 1994 7:00 P.M. Dr. Nancy H. Randall, Ch~rperson, called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.m. Members present in addition to the Chair were Mr. Alan Allison, Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Ms. Monica Davis, Mr. Clyde Drye, Jr., Mr. Thomas Dwiggins, Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. R. Vernon Jeter, Mr. Robert O. Smith, Ms. Katherine Stafford. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and Building Inspection Department were Mr. Jonathan B. Marshall, Planner II, Ms. Kimberly Schriefer, Planning Technician, Mr. Michael L. Byrd, Transportation Planner, and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. William Hamby, Jr., Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. There being no corrections to the July 21, 1994 Minutes, Mr. Jeter MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Allison to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote~ was unanimous. The Chair stated to the Board and citizens that our agenda does not indicate that there was a variance that was' to ~be heard, tonight, but apparently some property owners were notified of a variance going before the board tonight. The Chair said that it has been postponed. Old Business The Chair introduced the first item of old business on the Agenda, Request for Issuance of Permit: le Applicant: .~.Michael G, Teague Request: Request. for Issuance. of Permit/Lake Haven. Estates This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission from Mr. Michael G. Teague for a Request for Issuance of permit for Lake Haven Estates.
