NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />November 18, 1993 <br />7'00 P.M. <br /> <br />PUBLIC MEETING <br /> <br />Dr. Nancy H. Randall, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m. Members present <br />in addition to the Chair were Mr. Alan Allison, Mr. Robert Amos, Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Dr. <br />David Hartgen, Mr. Jerry Jordan, Mr. Edward Moose, Mr. Gerald Nichols, Mr. Robert Smith <br />and Ms. Katherine Stafford. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and Building Inspection <br />Department were Mr. Gerald Newton, Director, Mr. Michael Downs, Zoning Administrator, <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Planner II, Ms. Sue Russell, Planner, Ms. Kimberly Schriefer, Planning <br />Technician, Ms. Mary O'Donnell, Planning Technician, and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also <br />attending was Mr. William G. Hamby, Jr., Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the October 21, 1993 Minutes, Mr. Amos MOTIONED, seconded <br />by Mr. Brownlow to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the first item on the Agenda, Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Applicant: James Lomax <br />Request: Preliminary Subdivision 'Plat Approval <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County .Planning and Zoning Commission <br />from Mr. James Lomax to have his subdivision plat Trinity Woods approved <br />preliminary. <br /> <br />Before presenting the subdivision review to the board for Trinity Woods <br />subdivision plat, Mr. Marshall, Staff Member, introduced to the board our newest <br />Planning Technician, Ms. Mary O'Donnell. <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall presented the subdivision review to the Board stating that the staff <br />recommends approval of this preliminary plat. <br /> <br /> Planning and Zoning Department <br />P.O.
