NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />April 15, 1993 <br />7:03 P.M. <br /> <br />PUBLIC MEETING <br /> <br />Dr. Nancy H. Randall, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at <br />7:03 p.m. Members present in addition to Chairperson Randall were <br />Mr. Robert Amos, Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Ms~. Janice T. Harkey, Dr. <br />David Hartgen, Mr. Jerry Jordan, Mr. Edward Moose, Mr. Gerald <br />Nichols and Mr. Robert Smith. Attending from the Planning, Zoning, <br />Building Inspection Department were Mr. iGerald A. Newton, Director, <br />Mr. Jonathan B. Marshall, Planner, Ms. Sue G. Russell, Planner, and <br />Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. William G. Hamby, Jr., <br />Attorney for the Planning and Zoning COmmission. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the March 18, 1993 Minutes, Mr. Moose <br />MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Amos to approve the minutes as mailed. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the first item on the Agenda, Final Plat <br />Approval. <br /> <br />1. Applicant: Southern Land Equities <br /> Request: Final Plat Approval <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and <br />Zoning Commis.sion from Southern Land Equities to have <br />their subdivision The Woodlands I - Maps 1 & 2 plat <br />approved final. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Staff Member, presented the final <br />plat and subdivision review to the Board.
