Moose, The Vice Chair called the meeting to order at <br />7:00' p.m. Members present in addition to Mr. Moose were Mr. Alan <br />Allison, Mr. Lewis Brownlow, Ms. Monica Davis, Dr. David Hartgen, <br />Mr. Jerry Jordan, Mr. Gerald Nichols, Mr..Robert Smith and Ms. <br />Katherine Stafford. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and <br />BUilding Inspection Department were Mr. Gerald A. Newton, Director, <br />Mr. Michael Downs, Zoning Administrator, Mr. Jonathan Marshall, <br />Planner, Ms. Elaine B. Wood, Planning Technician, and Ms. Phyllis <br />C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. William G. Hamby, Jr. Attorney for <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br /> There being no corrections to the April 15, 1993 Minutes, Mr. Smith <br />.MOTIONED, seconded by a number of members to approve the minutes as <br />mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />The Vice Chair intrOduced the first item on the Agenda, Extension <br />Request: <br /> <br />1. Applicant:~ Mr..Doug.
