Randall, Chairperson, called the meeting order at 7:00 <br />p.m. Members present in addition to Chairperson Randall were Mr. <br />Alan Allison, Mr. Robert Amos, Dr. David Hartgen, Mr. Edward Moose, <br />Mr. Kenneth Olio-Mills, Mr. Robert Smith and Ms. Katherine <br />Stafford. Attending from the Planning, Zoning and Building <br />Inspection Department were Mr. Michael Downs, Zoning Administrator, <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Planner II, Mr. Michael Byrd, Transportation <br />Planner, Ms. Sarah W. LaBelle, Transportation Planner and Ms. <br />Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. William Alexander, <br />Attorney for the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />There being no corrections to the August 20, 1992 Minutes, Mr. Amos <br />MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Allison to approve the minutes as mailed. <br />The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Old Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Randall introduced the first <br />stating this is a review of a preliminary <br />reviewed last month, Bartley Home Property: <br /> <br />item on the Agenda, <br /> plat that the Board <br /> <br />1. Applicant: Bartley Homes <br /> ~e.quest: Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval <br /> <br />This was a request <br />County Planning and <br />subdivision Bartley <br />approved preliminary. <br /> <br />Mr. Jonathan Marshall, <br /> <br />from Bartley Homes to the Cabarrus <br /> Zoning Commission to have their <br /> Homes Property subdivision plat <br /> <br />Staff Member, addressed the Board <br /> <br />stating.that Bartley Homes Property is before the board <br />again tonight for preliminary approval. He said there <br />has been a revision, in particularly, he presented the <br />board with a diagram showing that they have indicated <br />another right-of-way accessing an adjoining parcel. It <br />is shown as Redfern, but it will have to be changed <br />because it is a duplicate street name. Now, there are <br />two roads that access adjoining property.
