NQS'~H CAS[~LINA <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br /> July 18, 1991 <br /> 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />PUBLIC MEETING <br /> <br />Dr. Nancy Randall, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:00 <br />p.m. Members present in addition to Chairman Randall were Ms. <br />Doris Barbee, Ms. Janice Harkey, Mr. David Hartgen, Mr. Timothy <br />Huie, Mr. Howard Hurlocker, Mr. Kenneth Olio-Mills, Mr. Dennis <br />Shultz, Mr. Robert Smith and Ms. Katherine Stafford. <br />Attending from the Planning and Zoning Department were Mr. Gerald <br />A. Newton, Planning and Zoning Director, Mr. Michael Downs, Zoning <br />Administrator, Mr. Jonathan Marshall, Planner and Ms. Phyllis C. <br />Carr. Also attending as Attorney for the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was Senator Fletcher Hartsell, Attorney for the Cabarrus <br />County Board of Commissioners. <br /> There being no corrections to the June 19, 1991 Minutes, Mr. <br /> Hartgen MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Smith to approve the minutes as <br /> mailed. <br /> <br />Mr. Shultz stated for a point of clarification, the Harrisburg Area <br />Land Use Plan, with respect to the action taken or not taken at the <br />previous meeting, was that just submitted to the Board for <br />information? <br /> <br />Chairperson Randall stated yes. <br /> <br />The Minutes were approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Chairperson Randall introduced the first on the Agenda, Board of <br />Adjustment Action: <br /> <br />1. A_Rplicant: Willie G. Hinson, 13160 Hi~ Sout_h <br /> ~equest' Variance Request - 102V <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and <br />Zoning Commission from Willie G.
