The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nancy Randall. Members present in addition to Ms. Randall were Mr. Howard Hurlocker, Mr. Edward Moose, Mr.. Gerald Nichols and Mr. Louis Suther. Attending from the Planning Department were Mr. James F. Owens, Planni~ng Director, Mr. Mike Byrd, ~Mr. Jonathan Marshall and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. A1 so attending was Mr. Gordon L. Belo, Attorney for the Planning Board. With there being no corrections to the October 18, 1989 Minutes, Mr. Moose MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Suther to ap.prove the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. Ms. Randall stated to the citizens that-the Planning Board is an~ advisory committee and they only make recommendations to the County Commissioners. The first item on the agenda 'for preliminary plat 'subdivision approval was McManus Meadows, II - Coy McManus. After' discussion Mr. Hurlocker MOTIONED, seconded bY Mr. Suther to approve McManus Meadows, II subdivision plat .preliminary. The vote was unanimous. Terrace Ridge - Alan Goodman was next on the agenda for preliminary plat subdivision approval. After discussion Mr. Hurlocker MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Moose to approve Terrace Ridge subdivision plat preliminary. The vote was unanimous. The next item on the agenda for final 'subdivision plat approval was Deer Run I - Summerhill Developers. After discussion Mr. Moose' MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Nichols to approve Deer Run '1 s.ubdivision plat final. The vote was unanimous.
