The .meeting was called to order by Chairman Larry Lovin§. Members present in addition to Mr. Loving were Mr. Robert Ewan, [qr. Ronald Page and Mr. Louis Suther. Attending from the ~Planning Department were Mr. Mike Byrd and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr. Also attending was Mr. Gordon L. Belo Attorney for the Planning Board. , With there being no corrections to 'the November 18, 19.87 Minutes,. Mr. Page MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Suther to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. The first item on the agenda for preliminary subdivision plat approval was Tranquility - David and William Austin. After di~scussion Mr. Ewan MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Page to approve Tranquility subdivision plat preliminary The vote was unanimous. · Frazier Acres, Phase I - Jimmy and Nancy Frazier was next on the agenda for preliminary subdivision plat approval. After dis,cussion Mr. Page MOTIONED, seconded by Mr' Suther to approve Frazier Acres, Phase I (10 lots) subdivision plat preliminary. The vote was unanimous. The next item on the agenda for preliminary subdivision plat approval was Irish Woods, Section- 3 - William Sims. After d.iscussion Mr. Page MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Suther to approve Irish Woods, Section 3 subdivision plat preliminary, contingentinformation upon available checking for with Hugh Price on any fl plain that area' of Adams Creek°°dThe vote was unanimous. After further discussion Mr. 'Page amended his Motion stating that this stipulation would only apply to lots 24-31, seconded by Mr. Suther. The vote was unanimous.
