NORTH CAROLINA 28025 <br /> <br />~arch 13, 1985 <br />Minutes of the Cabarrus County Planning Board <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Planning Board met in regular session on March 1~3, 1985, <br />at 7:00 p.m.i.n the County Commissioners Room of the Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> <br />Roll Call' The meeting was called to order by Chairman, F.A. <br /> "Jack" Rankin, Jr. at. 7-00 p.m. Members present in <br /> addition to Mr. Rankin were Mr. R.M. Fagg'art, Jr.,~ <br /> Ms. Helene Hilger, Mr. Larry Loving' and Mr'. Joe Ridenhour. <br /> Attending from the Planning Department were Mr. Thomas <br /> B. Robinson, Planning Director, Mr. Mike Byrd and Ms. <br /> Phyllis C. Carr. Commissioner Kenneth Payne, Liaison <br /> to the Planning Board and Mr. Gordon L. Belo, Attorney <br /> for the Planning Board were also present. <br /> <br />Approval of <br />~'li nutes ' <br /> <br />With,~.:there being no corrections to the February 13, 1985 <br />Minutes, Ms. Hi lger MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Fag~gart <br />to approve the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br />There being no correcti~ons to the February 20, 1985 <br />Minutes, Mr. Loving MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Faggart <br />to approve the minutes as mailed. T.he vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Old Business <br />Public Use <br />Public Cultural <br />Fac i 1 i ty' <br /> <br />New Business <br />Branchwood Farms, <br />Phase I I- <br /> <br />Brandywood Acres' <br /> <br />Mr. Robinson addressed the Board about the definition <br />of Public Use-and Public Cultural Facility stating Ms. <br />Mosley wants to put in a private non-profit organization; <br />after school day care so the kinds can have a place after <br />school to.go to. MOs:i 'eY~,, w'a's.~L P'Ce s6n t'. <br />The first item of new.business on the agenda for final <br />subdivision plat approval was Branchwood Farms, Phase II, <br />John Fletcher. <br /> <br />After discussi.on Mr. Faggart MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. <br />Ridenhour to approve Branchwood Farms, Phase II subdivision <br />plat final. The vote was unanimous. <br />The next item on the agenda for preliminary subdivision <br />plat approval was Brandywood Acres - Howard Hurl ocker. <br /> <br />After discussion Mr. Ridenhour MOTIONED to approve <br />Brandywood Acres subdivision plat preliminary, dated <br />February, 1985 lots 1-7 wi'th permission to issue one (1) <br /> <br /> <br />
