"Jack" <br />Rankin, Jr. Members present in addition to Mr. Rankin <br />were Mr. R.M. Faggart, Jr., and Mr. Larry Loving. <br />Attending from the Planning Department were Mr. Thomas B. <br />Robinson, Planning Director and Ms. Phylli~s C. Carr. <br /> <br />Approval of <br />Minutes · <br /> <br />With there being no corrections to the May 8, 1985 Minutes, <br />Mr. Loving MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Faggart to approve <br />the minutes as mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />New ~.~B us i ness <br />Ri gh t- 0 f-W ay <br />Approva 1: <br /> <br />The ~first item on the agenda was a right-of-way approval <br />for an unnamed road located off Mt. Olive Road, Raymond <br />F. Christy. <br /> <br />Mr. Robinson addressed the Board about this right-of-way <br />stating that it came before the zoning ~enfo~rcement and was <br />denied because the pe~mi't:~.t'erms of the zoni~ing~ordi.nance~ <br />COui~d ~not be met. ~ <br /> <br />After discussion Mr. Loving MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. <br />to approve this ri gh~t-of-way dedication for Raymond F. <br />Chmisty. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Faggart <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Prui~tt Farms l- <br /> <br />The next item on <br />Pruitt Farms 1 - <br /> <br />the agenda for preliminary plat approval <br />Jerry Wright (Agent). . ' <br /> <br />was <br /> <br />After discussion Mr. Loving MOTIONED to approve Pruit't Fa~mms 1 <br />subdivision plat preliminary after the water/sewer, flood <br />plain data, zoning clas.sification, property owner/developer <br />name(s) and topographic information is placed on the preliminary <br />plat, seconded by Mr. Faggart. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Pruitt Farms 2' <br /> <br />Mr. Faggart MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Lovin.g to approve <br />Pruitt Farms 1 subdivision plat final, after the water/sewer, <br />flood plain data, zoning classification, property owner/developer <br />name(s) and topographic information is placed on the final <br />plat. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Pruitt Farms 2 - Jerry Wright (Agent) was next on the agenda <br />for preliminary subdivision pla.t ~approval. <br /> <br />After discussion Mr. Rankin stated to %he citizens to wait <br />until next months meeting in.~)~der for the Planning Board <br /> <br /> <br />
