"Jack" <br />present in addition <br />, Ms. Helene Hilger, <br />hour. Attending from the <br /> <br />Planning Department were Mr. Thomas B. Robinson,. Planninlg <br />Director, Mr. James Owens, 'Assistant P-lanning Director, <br />Ms. Debra Luckadoo-Shockley and Ms. Phyllis C. Carr, Secretary <br />to the Board. Also present was Mr. Gordon Belo, Attorney <br />for the Planning Board. <br /> <br />Petition 84-12, was a request by Kiser/Beaver Realty to have <br />their-propert~ in tOwnship 4, Dakota Street beside Royal <br />Oaks School, rezoned from R-9 to RMF-6 to permit single-- <br />familY and multi-family developments. Mr. Farr~ar Gr~.iggs <br />addressed the Board representing Kiser/Beaver Realty. <br />Mr. George Kiser presented a slide presentation to the <br />Board on Cluster Development. Mr. Kiser also stated that' <br />two accesses are planned off Dakota Street and these accesses <br />exist either through a Ideeded rights-of-way or existing <br />subdivision, dedicated Irights-of-way- <br /> <br /> Citizens in opposition to the rezoni..ng were, Ms. Peggy Drye, <br /> Mr. H~ Blair Bonds, Mr. Rudy Brownell, Mr. Fred Brammer and <br /> Mr. Jimmy Hooper. ~" <br /> After dis.cussion Mr. Ridenhour MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. <br /> Loving to approve Petition '84-12. The vote'was unanimous. <br /> Petition 84-13, was a request by 'Mr. Leonard Schenck, Jr. <br /> to have 'his property on Orphanage Road ¼ mile east of <br /> Trinity Church Road,. township 4, rezoned from RMF-7 to ARR <br /> in order to sell property so that individual mobile homes <br /> can be placed on one (.1) acre lots for family members. <br /> Mr. Schenck spoke to the Board on behalf of himself. <br /> Mr. Orlan Hudson, Mrs. H.C. Harvell and'Mr. Everette White <br /> were opposed to the rezoning. <br /> Mr. Robinson also addressed the Board concerning Mr. Schenck <br /> rezoning stating that his land should not be zoned rural <br /> residential. <br /> <br /> <br />
