Roll Call- Approval of Minutes- New Business Prelim i nary Plat Terrace Ridge- Prel imi nary 601 Industrial Park, Phase I. Prel imi nary Branchwood Farms, Phase 1 &2: at The meeting, was called to order by Chairman, F.A. "Jack" Rankin, Jr. at 7'05 p.m. Members present in addition to Mr. Rankin.were, Mr. John Cline, Ms. Helene Hilger, Mr. Larry Loving and Mr. Jo'e Ridenhour. Attending .from :the Planning Department were, Mr. Thomas. B. Robinson, Planning Director, Mr. James F. Owens, Assistant Planning Director, Mike Byrd and Ms. Phyllis C Carr Secretary to the Board. ' ' With no corrections to the Minutes, Mr. Cline MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Ridenhour that the minu'tes of the July, 1984 meeting be approved as maliled. The vote was unanimous. .The first item on the agenda for preliminary approval was Terrace Ridge, Alan Goodman. After discussion, Mr. Ridenhour MOTIONED, seconded by'Mr. Cline to approve preliminary plat Terrace Ridge with issuance of five (5) building/septic tank permits. The vote was unanimous. The next item for preliminary approval was 601 Industrial Park, Phase I, Troy Cook. Mr. Cook addressed the Board about 601 Industrial Park. After discussion, Mr. Ridenhour MOTIONED, with a provision to approve 6'01 Industrial Park, Phase I covered by an existing escrow account allowing the sale of lots adjacent to the road; lots 1, lO, 11, 12, 13 and 14 as shown on the map dated July 12, 1984, seconded by Mr. Cline. The vote was unanimous. Branchwood Farms, Phase 1 & 2, John Fletcher and Ron Locatis was next on the age.nda for preliminary approval. Mr. Locatis and Mr. Fletcher addressed the Board on behalf of Branchwood Farms, Phase. 1 & 2. After discussion, Mr. Ridenhour MOTIONED to have BranChwood Farms, Phase 1 & 2-brought~back before the Board when the front lot dimensions and average width (150') are corrected on the preliminary plat, seconded by Mr. Loving. The vote was unanimous. Preliminary C.A. Hough Property. The next item on the agenda Hough Property, C.A. Hough. drew preliminary plat C,A. for preliminary approval was C.A. After discussion, Mr. Hough with- Hough Property.
