"Jack" <br />Rankin, Jr. at 7'00 p.m. Members present in addition to <br />~r. Rankin were, Mr. R-M. Faggart, Jr., Ms. Helene Hilger <br />and Mr. Larry Loving. Attending from the Planning Department <br />were Mr. Thomas B. Robinson, Planning Director, Mr. James <br />F. Owens, Assistant Planhing Director, Mr. Mike Byrd and <br />Ms. Phyllis C. Carr, Secretary to t~b'e Planning Board. Also <br />present was Mr. Gordon L. Belo, A~ttorney for the Planning <br />Board. <br /> <br />Approval of <br />Mi~nutes~- <br /> <br />New Business <br />Pre! iminary <br />Kanna po 1 is- <br />SUbdivi'sion, <br />SW, Sect ion <br /> <br />le <br /> <br />With there being no corrections to the October 10,. 1984 <br />minutes, Mr. Loving MOTIONED, seconded by Ms. Hilger to <br />approve the minutes as. mailed. The vote was unanimous. <br />~'ith n'o corrections to the October 17, 1984 minutes, <br />Ms. Hi lger MOTIONED, seconded by Mr. Faggart to approve the <br />minutes as mail.ed. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />The first item on the agenda for preliminary apProval was <br />Kannapolis Subdivision SW, Section I - Cannon Holding <br />Corporation. After discussion, Mr. Loving MOTIONED, seconded <br />by Mr. Faggart to approve Kannapolis. Subdivision SW, Section <br />1 preliminary. The vote was unanimous. Ms. Hilger MOTIONED, <br />seconded by Mr-.. Loving to approve Kannapolis Subdivision SW, <br />Section I final contingent upon getting a DOT stamp of approval <br />The vote ~was unanimous. ' <br /> <br />Mr. Robinson addressed the Planning Board stating that there <br />are fourteen (14) rezonings coming before the Board at the <br />December 12, 1984. Planning Board meeting. He also stated <br />that the Midland Community Association text amendment would <br />also be coming up at this rezoning meeting. After discussion, <br />Ms. Hi lger MOT!ONED, s'econded by Mr'. Loving to consider the <br />Midland Community Association text amendment at the December 19, <br />1984 meeting instead of the December 12, 1984 meeting. <br />The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br /> <br />
