The purpose of this meeting was to discuss with interested persons <br />in Rowan and Iredell Counties the feasibility of establishing a legal. <br />organization for the improvement of Coddle Creek Watershed. <br />3. After an enjoyable Dutch Dinner, Chairman Coltrane called the <br />meeting to order. <br />4. The purpose of the meeting was stated, after which the meeting was <br />thrown open for informal discussion. <br />
