Chairman Coltrane called the meeting to order. <br />2. Minutes of the last meeting were approve(M <br />Chairman's Report: <br />Mr. Coltrane read a copy of the notes written by Mr. Wayne Bowles, Ag. Teacher <br />concerning his trip to the Conservation Workshop in 1967. Mr. Coltrane then <br />presented expense money to W. H. (Bill) Campbell, III of Mt. Pleasant High <br />School and Wade Carter, Jr. of Central Cabarrus High School; the two delegates <br />who are to attend the Workshop in Raleigh the week of June 10-14, 1968. <br />0 <br />Mr. Coltrane requested that the delegates meet with the Supervisors at their <br />July meeting to report on their week spent in Raleigh with the Conservation <br />Workshop. <br />A letter from Mr. H.A. Smith, Administrative Officer, dated May 22, 1968 was <br />explained by Mr. Coltrane. Attachments to the letter were forms for: <br />a. Application for matching funds <br />b. Proposed Budget <br />c. Audit Report <br />Mr. Coltrane reported that a letter from Mr. H.A. Smith, dated May 16, 1968 had <br />been received naming the follo'0ing Associate Supervisors as being appointed to <br />
