Chairman Coltrane offered any assistance needed from the Listrict Supervisors, <br />County Extension Agents and Soil Conservation Service personnel to the <br />Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Board. <br />C. A slide series was shown and narrated by Soil Conservation Technician, <br />Ailliam H. Cato, of work being done in Cabarrus County to improve the <br />Conservation natural resources and of work that needed to be done. <br />d. Mr. Ray Allen, County Extension Agent, explained to the County Planning <br />and Zoning Board the time he has spent recently concerning various phases <br />of work to be done in Cabarrus County to improve farming, urban areas <br />and business operations. <br />
