Minutes of the JULY meeting were approved. <br />3. Chairman's Report: <br />a. It was reioorted that tor. L. D. Coltrane has returned home <br />after undergoing surgery and is doing fine. Mr. Coltrane <br />asked that Mr. S. I. Parker serve for him at this meeting. <br />b. Chairman Colerider report on the , '�nnual Picnic of the <br />Supervisors, Watershed Commissioners and District office <br />personnel held at Lake Norman July 13, 1974. <br />C. copies of the District Long Range Bork Plan have been mailed <br />to th-- State Soil 94 Water Commiss and State office (SCS). <br />4.
