MINUTES <br />CABARRUS SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT BOARD MEETING <br />TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2011 <br />Supervisors Present: Jeff Goforth, Ned Hudson, Louis Suther and <br />Johnathon Johnson <br />Staff Present: Amy Griffith, Daniel McClellan and Dennis Testerman <br />Others Present: Scott Robinson and Jason Salter, Odell Recreation <br />Sports Association <br />(1) Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Jeff Goforth at 5:15 p.m. <br />(2) Approval of Agenda <br />UPON MOTION of Louis Suther, seconded by Ned Hudson and <br />unanimously carried, the board approved the agenda as amended, with <br />the addition of Item 7 -C. <br />(3) Approval of Minutes <br />UPON MOTION of Louis Suther, seconded by Ned Hudson and <br />unanimously carried, the board approved the September 6, 2011 minutes. <br />Public Comments - Board member Johnathon Johnson invited Scott <br />Robinson and Jason Salter of the Odell Recreation Sports Association <br />to the meeting to talk about the Cox Mill Elementary School baseball <br />fields. <br />(4) Consent Agenda <br />UPON MOTION of Johnathon Johnson, seconded by Louis Suther and <br />unanimously carried, the board approved the Consent Agenda. <br />(4 -A) Staff Reports <br />(4 -B) NC Division of Soil & Water Conservation Matching Funds Form <br />Post Submittal Approval <br />(4 -C) Updated Drill Rental Agreement <br />County Attorney Richard Koch reviewed the revised agreement. <br />
