334 <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners met in recessed session at the <br />Lake Lynn Lodge on Thursday, October 17, 1991, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> Present - Chairman: Billy J. Simmons, Jr. <br /> Commissioners: Jeffrey L. Barnhart <br /> Carolyn B. Carpenter <br /> William G. Hamby, Jr. <br /> Kenneth F. Payne <br /> Chairman Simmons was not present for the beginning of the meeting and Vice- <br />Chairman Barnhart called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. <br /> UPON MOTION of Vice-Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter <br />with Vice-Chairman Barnhart and Commissioners Carpenter, Hamby and Payne voting <br />for, the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss personnel. <br /> Chairman Simmons joined the Board during the executive session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Vice-Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter <br />and unanimously carried, the executive session was adjourned. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Simmons <br />recessed the meeting at 9:45 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Monday, October 21, 1991, <br />in the Commissioners' Conference Room at the Governmental Center. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
