Carruth <br />Commissioners: Grace M. Mynatt <br />Coy C. Privette <br />H. Jay White, Sr. <br />Absent - Vice Chairman: Joni D. Juba <br />Mike Downs, Deputy County Manager, was also present. <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Carruth called the meeting to order. <br />Page 386 <br />met in recessed <br />North Carolina <br />Tour of the Jail Annex and Sheriff's Office 6 Detention Center Construction <br />Project <br />The Board walked across the street and toured the construction project <br />for the Jail Annex and Sheriff's Office & Detention Center. No other action <br />took place. <br />Recesa of Meeting <br />At 3:95 p.m., the Board returned to the Governmental Center.
