MINUTES <br />CABARRUS SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT BOARD MEETING <br />TUESDAY March 3, 2015 <br />Supervisors Present: Jeff Goforth, Ned Hudson, Tommy Porter <br />(associate), Vicky Porter and Louis Suther <br />Staff Present: Hannah Hursey, Daniel McClellan and Dennis <br />Testerman <br />Others Present: Chris Childers, Natural Resources Conservation <br />Service; Kelly Sifford, Planning and Development Department <br />Director; and Lynn Shue, Cabarrus County Commissioner and <br />Liaison to CSWCD <br />(1) Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Porter at <br />5:37 P.M. <br />(2) Approval of Agenda <br />UPON MOTION of, Ned Hudson seconded by Louis Suther and <br />unanimously carried, the board approved the agenda with <br />revisions. <br />(3) Approval or Correction of Minutes for February 3, 2015 <br />Meeting <br />UPON MOTION of, Louis Suther seconded by Ned Hudson and <br />unanimously carried, the board approved the minutes of the <br />February 3, 2015 meeting. <br />Approval or Correction of Minutes for February 19, 2015 Called <br />Meeting <br />UPON MOTION of, Ned Hudson seconded by Louis Suther and <br />unanimously carried, the board approved the minutes of the <br />February 19, 2015 meeting. <br />(4) Informational Items <br />(4 -A) Board, Staff and Partner Re orts <br />Dennis Testerman highlighted items from the written staff <br />report. <br />
