May 22, 2018 (Budget Meeting) <br />Page 3556 <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met for a Budget <br />Workshop Meeting in the Multipurpose Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center in Concord, North Carolina at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. <br />Present - Chairman: Stephen M. Morris <br />Vice Chairman: Diane R. Honeycutt <br />Commissioners: F. Blake Kiger <br />Lynn W. Shue <br />Absent - Commissioner: Elizabeth F. Poole <br />Also present were Mike Downs, County Manager; Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy <br />County Manager; Jonathan Marshall, Deputy County Manager; Kyle Bilafer, Area <br />Manager of Operations; and Angela Poplin, Interim Clerk to the Board. <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Morris called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. <br />Overview of the FY 2019 Budget Process <br />Kristin Jones, Budget and Performance Manager, presented a brief overview <br />of the agendas for the budget workshop meetings.
