9. Rates and charges for engineering services as stated previously shall be based on direct personnel expenses, plus direct reimbursable expense at coot. The established rateo are: Engineer, $50.00 per hour; Secretary, $17.50 per hour. (Rates will be valid until July 1, 1990.) Direct reimbursable expenses: a. Travel at twenty and one-half cents per mi)e, plus time at above Yale, plus actual out-of-pool(et personal expenses. b. Long distance telephone, telegraph and postage at actual cost. c, Cost of printing, drafting and other materials required for the job at actual cost. 10. The charge for the design of sewer lines wil! be $1.00 per linear foot. c. Survey work for the above designs will be in addition to the above charges and will be negotiated with survey companies as required. Current prices as bid by Concord Engineering and Surveying, Inc. on Nay 10, i~89 will remain in effect un~il December 31, 1989, and are as follows: Water Line Location $0.35 LF Sanitary Sewer Survey with Profile $0.42 LF Right of Ney Surveys ~ith Hap~ $0.38 LF For the design of sewage pump stations, water booster stations, elevated tanks, etc., the amount paid will be on an hourly rate as indicated in Number 9. 11. For preparing application forms and completing supporting data for federal, state or local agehcies, reviewing plans for new Subdivisions, approving Letters of Credit for developers, and performing the general duties of the. County Engineer, the Engineer will be paid by the Owner based on the rates listed in Number 9.
