The unit with listed attachments shall be new and of the <br /> manufacturer's latest design and shall have all standard equipment <br /> ordinarily furnished on such four wheel drive models. <br /> <br /> 2. Tractor' must be of design considered safe and suitable for mowing <br /> work on 25% to 33% slopes. <br /> <br /> 3. Ail tractor attachments must be of medium to heavy duty design <br /> suitable for medium to heavy duty landscaping or mewing. <br /> <br /> 4. Tractor shall be equipped with a vandal protection package. <br />Tractor Specifications: <br /> <br /> Weisht: The total operating weight less any attachment including full <br /> fuel tank, lubricants, and operator shall not be less than <br /> 4,300 pounds. <br /> <br /> Engine: <br /> <br /> 1. Require one diesel eugiue with ~inimum 50 horsepower (40 horse- <br /> power at P,T.O.). <br /> 2. Diesel engine shall be four cycle, water cooled, minimum three (3) <br /> cylinder (displacement minimum 141 cu. inch). <br /> 3. Diesel engine shall have primary fuel filter, full flow oil fil~er, <br /> and dry type air cleaner. <br /> 4. Engine shall be equipped with foot and hand accelerators. <br /> <br /> Power Train: <br /> <br /> 1. Require transmission with minimum 8 forward (hi low range) and 4 <br /> reverse gears~ <br /> 2. Transmission shall be collar shift or hydraulio shufitle <br /> synchronized capable of directional change (forward or reverse) <br /> without change of gear. <br /> 3.
