Lentz <br />Chairman, Cabarrus County <br /> Board of Commissioners <br />Post Office Box 707 <br />Concord, N.C. 28026 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lentz: <br /> <br /> At its meeting on July 25, 1989, the Wildlife Resources <br />Commission adopted the enclosed regulation to include Cabarrus <br />County in the list of counties prohibiting shining lights on <br />deer between the hours of one-half hour after sunset and one~ <br />half hour before sunrise. This regulation has been filed with <br />the Administrative Rules Review Commission for review. Upon <br />their approval, it will be filed with the Office of Adminis~ <br />trative Hearings for an effective date of October 1, 1989. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
