PAGE 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Center shall not be relieved <br /> of liability to the Purchaser for damages sustained by the Purchaser <br /> by Virture of any breach of this contract by the Cente~, and the Purchaser <br /> may withhold payment of any additonal sums as security for payment <br /> of damages caused bY the Agency'S breach, until such time asthe exact <br /> ' amoaRt of the damages resulting from such brea~h'i~ determined. <br /> <br />17. Termination for Convenience. The Purchaser or Center maX termin~te <br /> this contract for the convenience of the Purchaser or Center at any <br /> time by giving at least fifteen (15) days before the effe¢~ive date <br /> of suchtsrmination. In that avert, all finished or unffmished documents <br /> and other materials provided by the Purchaser produced or cslleeted <br /> s~all, at the option of the Purchaser, become the property of the Purchaser <br /> .and vice versa. If terminated by eithmr Purchaser or Center, the ~enger <br /> will be Paid $3.25 per unit for any units provided during the contract <br /> period. <br /> <br /> 18. ~pplicable Law T~is contract is executed and is to be performed in <br /> the State of North Carolina, and all questions of interpretation and <br /> construction shall be cOnStrued by the laws of such State. <br /> <br /> <br />
