PAGE 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Center shall ~ot be relievad <br /> of liability tO the PurChaser far damages sustained by the Purchaser <br /> by virture of any breach of this contract by the Center, and the Purchaser <br /> may withhold payment of any additonal sums aa security for payment <br /> of damages 'caused by the Agency'S breach, until such time as the exact <br /> amount of the damages resulting fram such breach ia determined. <br /> <br />17. Termination for Convenience. The Purchasaror Center may termihate <br /> this contract for the convenience of the Purchaser Or Center at any <br /> time by giving at least fifteen (15) days before the effective data <br /> of such termination. Iu thatevent, all finished or unfinished documents <br /> and other materials provided by the Purchaser produced or collected. <br /> shal~, at the option of the Purchaser, become the property of the Purchaser <br /> and vice versa. If terminated by either Purchaser or Center, the Genter <br /> will be paid $3.25 per unit for any units provided during the contract <br /> period. <br /> <br /> lbo Applicable Law This contract is executed and is t0 be Performed ia <br /> the State of North Carolina, and ali. questions of interpretation and <br /> construction shall be construed by the laws of such State. <br /> <br /> <br />
