Linework The linework has been delayed pending soil boring. We have f'mali?ed the horizontal alignment, but can't set the grades without rock prof'fle information to determine if we can stay under Muddy Creek or if we'll have to use aerial crossings. As you are aware, we're having a difficult time ob~slning right of entry from Mr. Eudy, and we can't access the other properties without significant clearing from any other dh-ecfion than Eudy's property. The fwst action needed to get the property issue resolved is to meet with Mr. Flowe to determine if we can re-route the access road from Eudy's property to Ms property. If that's possible, we'll clear up the major problem with Mr. F_.udy. If that's not possible, we'll have a protracted battle with Mr. Eudy. Once we get the soil borings, we'll be able to f'mali?e the linework design in a very short time. The following schedule is anticipated: Linework Schedule Negotiate with Flowe and Eudy Secure soil borings Complete construction drawings Bidding and Award and Construction February & March 1993 April 1993 June 1, 1993 Concurrent with WWTP (see below) Wastewater Treatment Plant Design has been proceeding at a slow but steady pace during the delays discussed above.
