CABARRUS COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PATIENT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR CABARRUS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT 715 Cabarrus Avenue Concord, North Carolina 28025 The County of Cabarrus requests proposals to provide a patient management information system which is compatible with North Carolina's Health Service Information System (HSIS) for Cabarrus County Health Department, Concord, North Carolina. The patient management information system should include software and hardware. BACKGROUND The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners have identified the need for an up-to-date patient management information system for Cabarrus County Health Department, 715 Cabarrus Avenue, W., Concord, NC 28025 A pre-bid conference for prospective bidders will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board room of Cabarrus County Health Department. All proposals must be received by the Cabarrus County Manager by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 1993, at which time the County Manager, in the Commissioners' Conference Room, Cabarrus County Government Center, 65 Church Street, NE, Concord, North Carolina, will open publicly sealed proposals for furnishing the patient management information system described in the attached list. Proposals should be addressed to the Cabarrus County Manager, Post Office Box 707, Concord, NC 28026-0707. From the date of this advertisement, the list and minimum specifications of the proposed patient management information system are and will continue to be on file and available to prospective vendors at the Cabarrus County Health Department.
