Section 4. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District is hereby directed to <br /> certify a copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the Board of <br /> Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, the Chairman of the <br /> Board of Commissioners for the County of Rowan, and to the North <br /> Carolina State Board of Health. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Harold D. Holbrook , seconded by <br /> <br /> H. Clee Overcash , the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESO- <br /> LUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS <br /> SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Everette L. Murph, H. Clee Overcash, and Harold D. <br /> Holbrook. <br /> <br /> Noes: None. <br /> <br /> I, Harold D.
