859 <br /> <br /> · He also told the Board that collections this year are running <br /> <br />one per cent behind those as of March 31, 1970, but said that he <br />was satisfied that 95 per cent of the tax levy will be Collected~.~ <br />The current budget was figured on a 94 per cent collection ratio. <br /> <br /> County Attorney Boger gave a report on the legal aspects of <br /> <br />the proposed lot size ordinance. <br /> <br /> After discussion, the Board decided that the ordinaDce needs <br /> <br />to be re-written. The ordinance will not be changed substantially <br />but will be re-written to spell out in legal terms what things like <br />spaces, lots and~p~blic water and sewer are. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Hammett made motion that Attorney Boger have a <br /> <br />new draft of the ordinance at the April 19 meeting. He requested, <br />as part of the motion, that the County Accountant proceed with <br />getting ideas and perhaps a model from other Counties. The motion <br />was seconded by Gallimore. Vote was unanimoUS. <br /> <br /> Judge Collier asked the Board if the Department of Social <br /> <br />Services could use the East wing of the old jail to interview <br /> <br />people. The request was granted. <br /> <br /> Attorney Boger presented a resolution authorizing release and <br /> <br />cancellation of a lien for old age assistance on the real property <br />of the late d. J. Waddell. McClary made motion to accept this <br />resolution, and motion was seconded by Gallimore and unanimously <br />carried. This resolution is recorded on Page ~ ~ ~ and becomes a <br />part of these minutes. <br /> <br /> Attorney Boger presented a resolution adopting closing of <br /> <br />Keller Road. This resolution~as a~p.ted on motion made by <br />Gallimore, seconded .by James., and unanimously.carried. This <br />resolution is recorded on Page g..O~ and becomes a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br /> Upoa~motion by~ James, seconded by Gal. l.imorethe follow~ng <br /> <br />road petitions were unanimously accepted: <br /> <br /> South Walnut Street - Township 4 - Request for addition <br /> Kingfield Drive - Township 11 -Request.for. addition <br /> Lark Vie~.Drive - T~wnsb~p 11 - Re~u.es.~ for addition <br /> Claramont - Township 11 - Request for addition <br /> County Road 1441 - Township 9 - Request for <br /> Little Avenue - Township 4 - Request for addition <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner McClary, seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />Gallimo~e, the meeting was adjou~.~ed until 10:OO A.M. on April <br /> <br /> ?
