A substitute motion made by Commissioner Bonds and seconded
by Chairman Cook to defer action until the Board could study the feasibility
of allowing employees to eat and drink at their desks was defeated with Chair-
man Cook and Commissioner Bonds voting for and Commissioners Milloway, Lentz,
and Allen voting against.
UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Lentz with
Commissioners Milloway, Lentz, and Allen voting for and Chairman Cook and
Commissioner Bonds voting against, the Board moved to allow all County employees
to eat and drink at their desks in all County buildings.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Clerk to the Board
