F. Little Construction Company and Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />SEWER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br />CONSTRUCTION BY APPLICANT <br /> <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />C. F. LITTLE CONSTRUCTION CO. <br /> <br />APPLICANT <br /> <br /> THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into this the 4th day of January, 1988, <br />between C. F. Little Construction Co., whose address is Rt 1 Box 418 <br />Harrisburg, N.
