~36 INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY COUNTY As soon as possible the County will furnish to the Appraiser any and all pertinent information applicable to the appraisal report. The information needed can be obtained at the Cabarrus County Courthouse. APPRAISAL INFORMATION The Appraiser agrees not to provide or make available to any person the Documentation or any additional information until the County has received written permission and the County consents in writing to the Appraiser. INDEMNIFICATION OF THE COUNTY The Appraiser will indemnify, hold harmless and keep harmless, the County and its agents and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney's fees arising out of or resulting from the performance of the work, provided that any such claim, damage, loss or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or the injury to or destruction of tangible property including the loss of use resulting therefrom, and is caused in whole or in part by any negligent or willful act or omission of the Appraiser, thereof or anyone directly or indirectly employed whose acts, any of them may be liable. PAYMENT Upon completion of the appraisal report the Appraiser shall furnish all documentation to the County regarding the Proposed Airport Appraisal. Once this documentation has been submitted and received by the County full payment will be paid to the Appraiser within thirty (30) working days as agreed upon in the amount of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) dollars. The offer by the State was as follows.
