Projects U-2209 and R-2246 - Proposed westside bypass from <br /> Rainbow Drive to N.C. 49. <br /> <br />2. Project U-530 - Extension of N.C. 136 from Highway 73 to <br /> U.S. 601 business. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Project R-2315 Construction of Kings Grant/Charlotte <br />Motor Speedway interchange. <br /> <br />Project 1-2303 Construction of Earnhardt Road/ <br />Copperfield interchange. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners also endorses the addition of the following projects <br />in the Kanlacon Urban Area to the State Transportation Improvement <br />Program (TIP): <br /> <br />1. Widening of N.C. 49 from Harrisburg to Mt. Pleasant. <br /> <br />2. Extension of Earnhardt Road to both Centergrove Road and <br /> Penninger Road. <br /> <br />3. Improvement of N.C. 73 from 1-85 to U.S. 29. <br /> <br />4.
