Parker reported to the Supervisorst that a report of the Audit for 1968, <br />MatchinZ Funds and a report of the Proposed Budget had been made for the <br />coming year. Copies of these reports will be mailed to Raleigh. <br />Mr. Parker explained, as Secretary and Treasurer, how the funds given to <br />the District during the year 1968 had been disbursed. <br />Publicity: <br />Mr. Gene Purr, a representative of the Concord Tribune, was present at the <br />meeting to Zet pictures and news release of the Conservation T I T orkshop <br />participants, <br />Watersheds: <br />No report has been received from the City of Concord on the progress of <br />developing the proposed structure No. 34. <br />A meeting with the Watershed Commissioners was hold June 27, 1968. The <br />discussion of other structures in Cabarrus County and of structure 34 <br />made up the major portion of the meeting. <br />7. Unfinished Business: None <br />8. New Business: None <br />9. A motion was made and passed which declared this " A PAID MEETING". <br />It. The next meeting will be Tuesday, August 6, 1968 at 7:30 P.M. in the District <br />office. <br />11.
