With questions and answers, the <br />program was covered briefly. <br />Working with ASCS Manager, Mr. Bill Babbs, questions on different <br />provisions of the program were answered by Mr. Babbs and Mr. Price. <br />6. An announcement was made that the Land Judging contest will be <br />held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, Thursday, March 21st at <br />3:30 P.M. <br />b. A motion was made and unanimously passed authorizing the District <br />Clerk to order 40 booklets from NACD for Soil Stewardship Week <br />( My 19-26, 1974).
