7. Committee Reports: <br />Finance: No report <br />ffing�� <br />a. It was reported we have been working with the State Soil and <br />Water Conservation Commission of Natural and Economic Resources <br />in developing the environmental information for the watershed <br />work plan. At this time, it is our impression, we have furnished <br />all the necessary information needed from the field. <br />b. Plans were made to attend the Watershed Workshop: <br />November 19-Statesville- 9:30 A.M. ® 3:00 P.M. <br />Land Use: No report <br />B. Unfinished business: <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Wesley Grant to invite the <br />following to our December supper meeting: <br />County Commissioners and wives <br />Lee Barrier Family (1974 Farm Family of the Year) <br />Overcash Families (1975 Farm Family of the Year) <br />The motion was seconded and unanimously passed. <br />Others to be invited are: <br />Randall Geissler and wife (New Area Conservationist) <br />Mr. Woodyard (Goodyear representative) <br />Dana Hatley and parents (First place winner speech contest) <br />The supper meeting will be held: <br />Tuesday, December 9, 1975 at K & W Cafeteria <br />Wives of both Boards are invited to attend. <br />9. NOw <br />a. It was announced that the 1976 State meeting of the Soil and <br />Water Conservation District will be held on January 18-21, 1976 <br />at Winston-Salem, N. C. <br />b. A motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed authorizing <br />the Treasurer to pay reasonable expenses for W. H. Cato and <br />Eyvonne McDaniel to attend the State meeting. <br />10.
