Hartsell, County Attorney, reported that Mr. Lee Roy Moore <br />had agreed on this date to accept the linear footage fee based on the standard <br />rate paid by the County for utility rights-of-way. He noted that this amount <br />would total $178.00 more than the appraised amount for the condemnation of the <br />property. The Board by consensus approved the payment of the standard linear <br />footage fee to Mr. Lee Roy Moore as proposed by Mr. Hartsell. <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting at 6:15 P.M. for dinner. <br /> Chairman Lentz called the regular meeting of the Board to order at 7:00 <br />P.M. in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the County Courthouse. <br /> The invocation was given by Dr. Steven Mowery of the Bethpage Presbyterian <br />Church. <br /> Commissioner Melvin asked that the word "since" be inserted in the second <br />line of Page 315 of the minutes of February 19.
