541 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Carpenter, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart with <br />Chairman Carpenter and Commissioners Barnhart, Hamby and Payne voting for, the <br />Board tabled the proposed fee increases for the Animal Shelter until the first <br />meeting in June. <br /> The Board reviewed the proposal to increase the fees and/or exemptions <br />currently in use at the County Landfill for the Recycling program. During <br />review, the Board discussed the need to encourage recycling in the county. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hamby and seconded by Commissioner <br />Barnhart to deny the proposed increase in fees and/or exemptions for the <br />Recycling Program at the County Landfill.
