Piedmont Mental Health, Psychological Services <br /> <br /> Mr. John Day, Budget Officer, reviewed the Community Based Alternatives <br />(CBA) Program applications for FY 1995 as recommended by the CBA Task Force. <br />Expansion funds were appropriated by the State after Board approval of other CBA <br />programs in February, 1994. The CBA funds will total $104,848.00 with an <br />additional County cost of $2,490.00. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Casper, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the submission of the following Community <br />Based Alternatives program applications as recommended by the CBA Task Force. <br /> <br />Home Based Services (Continuation) - Department of Social Services - <br />Program Revenue: CBA - $33,772.00; Local - $26,080.52; Total - $59,852.52. <br /> <br />Home Based Services (Expansion) - Department of Social Services - program <br />Revenues (Expansion Funds only): CBA - $26,179.00; Local $12,293.10; <br />Total - $38,472.10. <br /> <br />Uwharrie Group Home - Uwharrie Homes, Inc. - Program Revenues - CBA <br />$8,300.00; Local Match - $2,490.00; Total - $10,790.00. <br /> <br />Psychological Services to Juvenile Court - Piedmont Area Mental Health, <br />Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Authority - New Program Revenues: <br />CBA - $36,597.00; Local Match - $10,979.00; Youthful Sex Offender Funds - <br />$13,218.00; Total $60,794.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
