Linda Morgan, Tax Collection <br />Supervisor, requested to be relieved of the vehicle bills for renewal months <br />March 2000 through February 2001 which are now three years past due. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Privette, seconded by Commissioner Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board relieved the Tax Collector of the charge <br />of collecting taxes on classified motor vehicles for renewal months March <br />2000 through February 2001. <br /> <br />(F-15) Traffic Impact Study for the Former Fairgrounds and Related Budget <br />Amendment <br /> <br /> Redevelopment of the former Fairgrounds property requires a Traffic <br />Impact Study be completed. This study is required for all potential buyers to <br />obtain zoning permits. As part of the contract, the consultant <br />provided a model ordinance for use in enforcing the regulations. Mr. Lentz <br />reported the Planning and Zoning Commission had reviewed the proposed <br />regulations and recommended adoption. <br /> <br /> At 7:36 p.m., Chairman Freeman opened the public hearing on the <br />proposed Wireless Telecommunications regulations. The Public Hearing Notice <br />was published in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE on May 7 and May 16, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
